Our farm-to-table philosophy ensures that every dish is made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. From our thoughtfully curated set menus to our Lost Recipes of India and Tribal Recipes offerings, we bring long-forgotten flavors to life. But we also cater to every palate with our Continental dishes, ensuring a diverse culinary experience.
To sweeten the deal, our in-house bakery fills the air with the irresistible aroma of freshly baked bread, pastries, and treats, making every meal at Forsyth Lodge a true feast for the senses.

Forsyth Trail
A hundred and fifty years ago in the 1850’s, Captain James Forsyth of the Bengal Lancer wandered along a path that is now known as the Forsyth trail.
We can still walk in his footsteps and be awed by the same natural beauty that captivated him. Hiking and camping on this same passage that led him through the rugged ravines and lush forests on his way to the discovery of Pachmarhi – the virgin hill station of Central India.
Minimum a couple or 2 adults on twin sharing.

EXPERIENCE OPTION
Camping
The mobile glamping setups are arranged in complete seclusion in the buffer zone of the Satpura Tiger Reserve.
The mobile luxury camp setups are provided with regular beds with dry toilet and bath tents on a sharing basis between two tents.
A naturalist, forest guide and a kitchen and housekeeping team remains at the camp to make the camp completely self-sufficient and safe for the guests.
Camping is available within our property to allow you a blend of comfort and the adventure of sleeping under the stars in the wild.

Foraging
Forage with our chef as he tells you about his magical garden and the history of ingredients grown in our organic garden.
We make it our mission to give you the freshest food possible. Foraging allows you to select and make your own customisable salad and taste the freshness of what nature has to offer.

Junior Ranger Program
To allow young minds to roam free in the wilderness and learn the secrets of nature, Forsyth Lodge’s Junior Rangers Programme allow children to question, explore and be curious about their surroundings with structured activities lead by our expert naturalists at the lodge.
With an interesting blend of practical and knowledge, children will leave our lodge a little more aware of the intricacies of the ecosystems that surround us.
Village Pottery
Guided by the village potter, Pottery at Forsyth Lodge allows you to connect with an age old art form, feeling the clay between your fingers and get lost in your surroundings as you shape your master piece under an old tree surrounded by bird song.

Buffer Cycling
Get set to cycle in and around the property as well as the Buffer Zone of the forest, seeing animals on cycle is a completely different experience and thrill.
Get out of the gym and into the forest, the best way to exercise your legs, fill your lungs with fresh air and explore the cycling trails.

Star Gazing
Guided by our naturalist, get lost under the galaxies that open up before you on a cloudless night and sit back with a glass of Brandy as they tell you stories about mythological creatures and the stories that surround our galaxy.
Take a look at them through our telescope and get a glimpse of the intricacies of planets and stars.

Historical Excursions
A journey through time and terrain, the Historical Excursion by Forsyth Lodge is an immersive experience that blends cultural discovery with refined exploration.
This exclusive day-long begins with a scenic drive to the Bhimbetka Caves, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where prehistoric rock art and natural shelters tell stories from over 30,000 years ago.
